I am addressing you as the responsible of the Protection of the Cultural, Historical and Natural Patrimony, to request that the Teatro Albéniz be classified as a Landmark of Cultural Interest and Public Use, due to its great historical and Artistic value, as well as for the cultural function that still represents for Madrid for the last 21 years; and to prevent its demolition for commercial and real-estate purposes, with the consequently cultural pillage and lost of its educational and social function for this landmark of the center of Madrid.
